About our Classes

All classes include physical activity, nutrition education and behavorial health monitoring.

pre-school and elementaryClasses
Kids classes are centered around making fitness fun while teaching kids body awareness and proper movement techniques. Classes include a healthy snack and nutrition education, a warm-up activity, skill instruction, a short  "workout" (<10 min) and a game. Kids are grouped with others similar in age as they learn to move correctly with body weight (age 3-8) and light objects (age 9-12) so they can progress toward moving weighted objects as they develop and advance toward their teenage years.

Middle School and High School Classes
Teen classes focus on skill work, core strength, mobility, injury
prevention, movement technique, resistance training. Teens must
demonstrate proper mechanics with consistency before movements
are loaded or performed with intensity. Teen class includes a warm-up,
workout and cool-down. Teen classes are held 2x/week.
