About our Classes

All classes include physical activity, nutrition education and behavorial health monitoring.

KIDS (age 3 to 4th grade)
Kids classes are centered around making fitness fun while teaching kids body awareness and proper movement techniques. Classes include a healthy snack and nutrition education, a warm-up activity, skill instruction, a short  "workout" (<10 min) and a game. Kids are grouped with others similar in age as they learn to move correctly with body weight and light objects so they can progress toward moving weighted objects as they develop and advance toward their teenage years.

Tweens and Teens (5th-8th grade)
Classes focus on skill work, core strength, mobility, injury

prevention, movement technique, resistance training. Participants must
demonstrate proper mechanics with consistency before movements
are loaded or performed with intensity.

High School kids are integrated into adult classes based on their experience and skill level. Contact Nicole and Mike for more information.
