About our Classes
All classes include physical activity, nutrition education and behavorial health monitoring.
pre-school and elementaryClasses
Kids classes are centered around making fitness fun while teaching kids body awareness and proper movement techniques. Classes include a healthy snack and nutrition education, a warm-up activity, skill instruction, a short "workout" (<10 min) and a game. Kids are grouped with others similar in age as they learn to move correctly with body weight (age 3-8) and light objects (age 9-12) so they can progress toward moving weighted objects as they develop and advance toward their teenage years.
